The African University of the future – looking back so we can look forward

The Africa Oxford Initiative (AfOx) brings you the second edition of the annual Focus on Research Africa (FORA) on May 29th 2020.

FORA brings together experts from both Oxford and our partner African institutions from multidisciplinary fields to share knowledge, ideas and solutions on varied Africa-related issues. The day features energetic keynote addresses and thought-provoking presentations from academics in the fields of education, health, machine learning, classics, law and history among others. Bringing together interdisciplinary researchers to discuss the importance of equitable research collaborations and good practices that make a research collaboration successful.

The Day will also feature an Africa-focused poster competition  for post graduate students working on any area of research linked to Africa.
