Adebisi Adenipekun
Adebisi is a public health and policy strategist with experience leading projects and public sector initiatives strengthening health system .
He has a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria, a Master of Public Health from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria as well as a Global Health Leadership Accelerator certificate at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, USA.
Before coming to Oxford Adebisi was the Engagement Manager at the Sydani Group as well as providing technical support to the COVID-19 vaccination Crisis Communication Centre (CRICC) at the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA). Adebisi is committed to envisioning a world where vulnerable populations lead healthy and productive lives and founded Lighthouse Global Health Initiative, a non-profit, to to pursue this ambition. .
Adebisi will study for a Master of Public Policy (MPP) at the University of Oxford. Following studies in Oxford, Adebisi hopes to work strengthen health systems in Nigeria and across Africa. He aims to be at the forefront of health policy making and implementation in Nigeria
