Adediwura Okeleye is a Nigerian medical doctor and healthcare management consultant pursuing an MBA at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, as a Mastercard Foundation Scholar.
She studied Medicine and Surgery at Obafemi Awolowo University, graduating on the Dean’s List with published research in peer-reviewed journals covering infection control practices and the renal complications of COVID-19.
Her career has moved fluidly between clinical practice, hospital leadership and digital health, as she has built on her clinical training with a growing focus on health systems and strategy. She has worked closely with leadership at one of the leading hospital groups in Abuja, helping translate strategic priorities into measurable improvements in revenue, operations and patient-safety systems. She has also co-founded Cureva, a digital health platform improving hospital visibility and patient access, and currently works as a consultant at Consult for Africa, supporting healthcare transformation mandates across the continent.
At Oxford, Adediwura looks forward to sharpening her strategic toolkit, learning alongside a global cohort of peers, and building a rounded perspective and the networks that will help her scale impact across African healthcare systems.
Outside of work, Adediwura loves visiting art galleries and exhibitions and enjoys painting and other crafts as a creative outlet.
