Julius Kaliisa

Julius is taking the MSc in African Studies at Oxford. A former junior researcher and policy analyst at Rwanda's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Julius is interested in the intersection of climate change and nuclear energy policies in Africa. Julius studied Political Science and International Relations, at Antalya Science University, in Turkey as a Rwanda Presidential Scholar. During his undergraduate studies, Julius was a Fellow of the Hansen Leadership Institute, California, USA, and an Erasmus Scholarship Scholar in Erfurt, Germany, Rwanda Diaspora Community Leader,

Following his studies in Oxford, Julius aims to continue working on the geopolitics of nuclear energy policies in Africa.
