Andisani Masindi is a Strategy Professional with over a decade's experience in strategy, management consulting, business intelligence, development finance and social impact. She is pursuing a Master in Business Administration(MBA) at Said Business School, University of Oxford. Andisani is a Mastercard Foundation AfOx Scholar and a member of Christ Church.

Andisani boasts a diverse background with extensive experience spanning multiple industries and sectors, having made impactful contributions to renowned organisations, including Shell South Africa Downstream, Kearney, Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA), The Coca-Cola Company, and PepsiCo. In her most recent role as Strategy and Transformation Manager at PepsiCo, Andisani led the Transformation Agenda, surpassing critical program milestones, resulting in improved skills development initiatives and new opportunities for local suppliers. She also managed a Corporate and Social Investment budget focused on addressing food security challenges in South Africa, contributing significantly to achieving zero hunger.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a Master of Philosophy in Development Finance from Stellenbosch Business School, South Africa.

Post Oxford, Andisani's goal is to develop innovative finance solutions to address the SDGs and develop strategies to deploy capital where required.
