Bill-Erich Mbianyor, a medical doctor from Cameroon, is currently pursuing a Master's in Applied Digital Health at the Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, University of Oxford. He is a Mastercard Foundation AfOx Scholar and a member of Linacre College.

Bill is passionate about utilizing digital health solutions to address challenges in Africa's healthcare systems. As the CEO and co-founder of Jalpha Health, he provides digital transformation consultancy to hospitals across Africa. He has extensive experience in digital health and entrepreneurship, having worked with startups in Cameroon focused on improving healthcare access through innovative technologies.

Bill graduated with honours in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Douala.

After completing his studies at Oxford, Bill intends to apply his expertise to further develop health technology initiatives across Africa. His goal is to enhance digital healthcare infrastructure, making quality healthcare more accessible and affordable. His long-term vision is to transform Africa's healthcare landscape through innovative digital solutions, while continuing his work in research and community health education.
