Cindi Anne Janari is a disability justice advocate and lawyer currently pursuing a Bachelor of Common Law (BCL) at the University of Oxford. She is an Oppenheimer scholar and a member of St Catherine’s College. 

Cindi holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Cape Town. Throughout her academic career, she has been the recipient of numerous prizes and class medals, including the prestigious Dean's Award for service.

Cindi has been actively involved in community service, serving on committees for Fish Hoek's St. John's branch and UCT's Constitutional Literacy and Service Initiative. Committed to grassroots activism, she is focused on improving access to socio-economic rights for marginalised communities.

After completing her studies at Oxford, Cindi aspires to tackle issues of access to justice in South Africa and the rest of the African continent
