Latifah Kinyanyile is pursuing an MSc in Energy Systems at the Department of Engineering Science, University of Oxford. She is a Mastercard Foundation AfOx Scholar and a member of St Cross College.

Before joining Oxford, Latifah worked as a strategy and development consultant with Dalberg Advisors. In this role, she supported multilateral organizations, development institutions, and private sector projects focused on climate change and biodiversity loss. Her work emphasised green finance, circular economy, biodiversity investment frameworks, and climate-smart forest economies. She also contributed to initiatives intersecting agriculture, food security, gender, digitalisation, and financial inclusion.

Latifah holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Power Systems Engineering from the African Leadership College, Mauritius, where she graduated with First Class Honours.

After completing her studies, Latifah aims to advance equitable energy access and support Africa’s transition towards zero-carbon energy systems.
