Msizi Masikane

Msizi is taking the Master in Business Administration at the Said Business School, Oxford. A qualified Chartered Accountant (SA), and Chartered Management Accountant (UK), he has worked for a decade in development finance. Before coming to Oxford Msizi worked for the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa, where he became a deal maker evaluating investments for Agro-Processing businesses, including start-ups, expansionary acquisitions and restructurings. In his latest role as a strategy execution specialist, he assisted the organisation in developing its strategy execution capabilities and managed the implementation of its organisational transformation strategy.

After his MBA, Msizi would like to continue working in strategy execution, focusing on the effective and efficient execution of strategy for both organisations and leaders.
