Nyasha Manyeruke is pursuing an MSc in International Health and Tropical Medicine at the Nuffield Department of Clinical Medicine, University of Oxford. She is a Mastercard Foundation Afox Scholar and a member of St Catherine's College.

With over 8 years of experience addressing adolescent reproductive healthcare challenges in Southern Africa and 4 years of clinical work at Sally Mugabe Central Hospital in Zimbabwe, Nyasha brings extensive knowledge and expertise to her studies. She has held several leadership roles, including Samsung Tunza Eco-generation Ambassador, Partners in Health SocMed alumna, SRHR Africa Trust Country Board Member, and USAID BUILD PHED Fellow. Additionally, she has been selected as a 2024 TechWomen Emerging Leader.

Nyasha graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Zimbabwe, earning distinctions in Biochemistry, Community Medicine, and Paediatrics.

Passionate about African art and culture, Nyasha expresses her creativity through fashion, design, and dance.

After completing her MSc, Nyasha aims to contribute to the development of Africa’s public health sector, focusing on climate-related health challenges and improving healthcare for a growing population.
