Richmonda is a medical doctor in the Pediatric Department at the Kambia Government Hospital in Northern Sierra Leone. She is currently pursuing an MSc in International Health and Tropical Medicine at the University of Oxford as a Mastercard Foundation AfOx Scholar. She is also a member of Christ Church College.

Richmonda earned her medical degree from the College of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences in Sierra Leone. She is a Techwomen alumna and has furthered her specialisation in paediatric nutrition through a postgraduate program at Boston University School of Medicine. 

In addition to her clinical duties, Richmonda is actively involved in initiatives to improve healthcare and community welfare. She collaborates closely with the Rainbo Initiative to provide crucial medical care and resources to survivors of sexual and gender-based violence. Richmonda also serves as a study physician and safety officer for the WHO Solidarity Vaccine Trial Study.

With her education and experience, Richmonda aims to acquire advanced knowledge and skills in research and disease prevention to contribute to the development of Sierra Leone's healthcare system. Her long-term goals include enhancing child health and reducing child morbidity and mortality rates in Africa, particularly in Sierra Leone.
