Terembe is passionate about social justice, storytelling, and the creative economy. She is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Terembe is a Mastercard Foundation AfOx Scholar and a member of Mansfield College. 

Terembe holds a Law degree from the University of Manchester and an MSc in Africa and International Development from the University of Edinburgh. She has over six years of experience implementing a diversification strategy at CARE International, which rethinks governance and leadership in accordance with the decolonisation of aid.

Terembe is also a content creator with an audience of over 25,000 on various social media platforms. She is known for creating engaging storytelling formats on Instagram, including the widely used ‘Recap’. Terembe is committed to developing a robust creative economy throughout Africa. She plans to leverage her skills in advocacy, convening, and relationship-building to address the institutional and structural barriers facing the continent's creative community and economy.
